Welcome to Fortuna Basketball Ops. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Fortuna Basketball Ops developed by Developer2025 ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Fortuna Basketball Ops mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App is a sports venue operations management tool designed for tournament organizers, venue managers, and sports event coordinators. The App provides features including, but not limited to:
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The App does not require user account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your device and any data stored within the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, graphics, and design) are owned by Fortuna Basketball Ops developed by Developer2025 and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Any content you create, input, or store within the App (including tournament schedules, team information, match data, and notes) remains your property. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any content you create.
By using the App, you grant us permission to process your content as necessary to provide the App's functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Our total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fortuna Basketball Ops developed by Developer2025 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fortuna Basketball Ops developed by Developer2025 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fortuna Basketball Ops developed by Developer2025 regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
